Introduction： The contract mode is design
and construction general contracting, and the contract execution location is
the downtown of Bani Walid, Misurata State, Libya. The contract contents
include six discipline engineering of new sewage pipe network, rainwater pipe
network, water supply pipeline, power supply lighting, communication and road
of the central region of Bani Walid. About 750 roads are involved, over 240km
in total. The project owner is Libya Housing and Infrastructure Department
(HIB), the management company is U.S. AECOM Company, and the consultant is
Tunisia SCET Company. The framework agreement contract of the project was
signed on January 3, 2018, the estimated total contract amount is 382,500,000
Dinars, about 312,000,000 dollars
