Introduction：The story-adding reconstruction project
of the office building of the headquarters of CHEC is reinforced and heightened based
on the original building (a storey underground and three storeys aboveground).
Two storeys heightened are of the steel structure form. The original building
area is 5637.98m2, the area increased after reconstruction is 2636.38 m2, and
the total area is 8274.36 m2.
